Relax in a unique tranquil environment on our working small holding, we also have motor home parking available. We are ideally located near to Dedham Ardeligh Lawford and Manningtree with excellent roads links to the Harwich port which makes us ideal for overnight crossing stops .
We are particularly popular with clients working in the area that have a need for secure parking for large vehicles due to our rural nature .

There is a large garden space for guests to enjoy with a bbq area, we also have an onsite gym available to hire at a small fee . Our lodge is suitable all year round, is double glazed and centrally heated we also have a cozy fireplace.

Our modern lodge is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to cater away from home , gas hob , double oven , large fridge freezer, microwave , kettle and toaster .Our guests love the freedom of having self catering facilities with an excellent stock of utensils ,why stay in a limited hotel room when you can have all your home from home facilities at your fingertips . We are very popular with people working in the area due to our quiet location which is great to unwind after a hard day at work .
Canoe Hire
Hire our Canadian canoe for the day up to 4 people price includes daily river licence . £50.0 for a full day transport is available at an additional fee to transport the canoe to Dedham River .
Motorhome Stays
We have a motorhome pitch which can be purchased as an add on to our lodge stays or booked as an individual pitch , we have an electric supply and an outside shower/ toilet unit .
